SHIPPING IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE & BELGIUM
Orders to France and Belgium are shipped with Colissimo from La Poste group and require a signature upon delivery.
SHIPPING IN EUROPE OR REST OF THE WORLD
Shippings in Europe and the rest of the world are handled by one of our logistics partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Chronopost) and require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery times are provided as indications and may change during the customs clearance process. Miyette cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
All taxes and/or customs fees (for countries outside the European Union) are at the customer's expense and vary depending on the country. We recommend contacting the customs authorities in your country of residence to learn more about possible taxes and customs fees.

A tracking number is sent via email once the order is processed. Orders can be tracked during shipping using this number on the carrier's website.
Our logistics partners generally deliver during the week, between 9 am and 7 pm. If you are usually not at home during the day, we recommend providing an alternative delivery address when placing your order, such as your workplace.
